'The Great Gujarati Thali' - by KJS Chatrath

Today one introduces another important aspect of culture- food. I have not seen or done any survey, but I am convinced that no other country on the world has a wider, tastier and more good looking  range of food than India.
Somewhere in Surat, Gujarat in January 2020. It was tasty in a mild sort of way. Photo was taken before rice was served.

I repeat what I always say - Indian cuisine is the best on planet earth- in its taste, looks and incredible variety.
